Join us for our monthly
Block Shoots, held on the
first Sunday of each month from October through May. These community-friendly events bring members together for exciting competition and great prizes.
- Up to 25 shoots per month
- Special monthly shoot offered each session
- Meat prizes awarded for each round
- Ongoing meat raffles throughout the day
Block Shoot Shotgun Rules
To ensure fairness and safety, all participants must follow these equipment rules:
✦ Shotgun barrel length: Maximum 37 inches overall
✦ Legal barrels include:
- Factory
- Factory replacement
- Modified factory
✦ Barrel outside diameter: Max 1 inch at full length (including choke)
✦ No scopes or red dot sights allowed
✦ All decisions made by the Shoot Committee are final
Rifle Range Rules & Regulations
Our rifle range is a private facility available exclusively to members. Please read and follow these regulations to ensure a safe environment for all.
General Use Guidelines
- Members only – no guests permitted. Membership buttons must be visible.
- Range hours: 8:00 AM to sunset
- Range may be closed during other club events—check the events calendar
- Shooting must occur only from benches or within 10 feet of the bench area
- Single-shot mode only – one round loaded at a time (includes chamber and magazine)
- Use paper targets only, and place them within the yellow box area on designated backers
- One-hour time limit applies if others are waiting
- No loaded firearms outside the shooting bench area
- No automatic weapons
- No alcohol or controlled substances permitted while using the range
- Eye and ear protection is mandatory
- All users must clean up after themselves, including targets and brass

Tree Stand Policy for Hunting Members
To protect our wooded areas and ensure fair access for all:
✦ Do not damage trees when placing or using a tree stand or climbing device
✦ Tree stands may be placed no more than 2 weeks before deer season and must be removed within 2 weeks after the season
✦ Tree stands do not reserve territory – others may hunt in the same area
✦ Stands/blinds must display a legible ID tag with either:
- Full name and legal address, or
- CID number from the owner’s hunting license
